Eric de Tourris
Eric started his career as a project manager in the automotive and chemical industries. Since 2004, he has been leading several transformation projects for industrial and services companies in different functions, including sales strategy, Supply Chain, production. Eric also teaches change management in business schools.
Within OPM Conseil, Eric is in charge of project management. He graduates from the University of Technology of Compiègne, the IAE of Aix en Provence and the Institute of Economic and Political Sciences of Lyon.
Christine Le Guennec
Christine started at the Carrefour Group as Quality Manager and then in Store Management.
She joined McKinsey in England where she developed her Lean Manufacturing skills during 4 years. Back in France for 18 years, she designs and leads projects in Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Operational Strategy and Organization within different consulting firms.
She graduate from INSA in Lyon as engineer and she is a certified furniture carpenter.
Gil Achache
Gil spent around ten years in finance and management control before moving into logistics/supply chain management. With this experience, he had the opportunity to set up organizations at European level (J&J) and L.V. logistics centers in the USA and Asia.
Various experiences as an interim manager have given him the opportunity to optimize existing organizations (VeePee, SRP, Dispeo, etc.).
At OPM, Gil is an expert in the operational and business issues facing logistics and supply chain organisations.
Vincent Izzi
Gil spent around ten years in finance and management control before moving into logistics/supply chain management. With this experience, he had the opportunity to set up organizations at European level (J&J) and L.V. logistics centers in the USA and Asia.
Various experiences as an interim manager have given him the opportunity to optimize existing organizations (VeePee, SRP, Dispeo, etc.).
At OPM, Gil is an expert in the operational and business issues facing logistics and supply chain organisations.
Bertrand Chalandon
Bertrand spent four years in two consulting firms specialized in Supply Chain. Then he held different positions in Supply Chain and services.
Bertrand is an expert in logistics issues in Retail, Insurance, and Services. He graduates from ESC Grenoble and holds an MBA from the Ottawa University.
Enos Mauri
Enos started his career in IT programming and project management, then he became IT manager for a large logistics group.
Then he moved into the consulting business, specialized in the optimization of the logicitcs centers, all over the world.
Within, OPM, Enos is in charge of the operational integration of IT systems (mostly WMS) and the corresponding organisation of the teams.
