Philippe and Frédéric, the two partners of the firm, met nearly twenty years ago. It was during their shared experience at Fnac that the connection was made and they wrote their first pages together.
Philippe held management positions in Operations (including Supply Chain, Projects, and Services) for nearly 30 years with large group.
Frédéric spent 7 years in the Retail practice of a major international consulting firm after an initial experience as a financial analyst in the United States. He later became the director of shopping centers at Mercialys (Casino group).
In 2011, Philippe and Frédéric decided to partner. They surrounded themselves with experts, many of whom had operational experience, met during their respective careers.
Since the creation of the firm, their satisfied clients have regularly sought their services according to their needs. Over the years, their portfolio has expanded to include various groups and economic sectors.
To address the challenges faced by companies: defining a strategy over one or several years and supporting its implementation, having the ability to be pragmatic in addition to providing a strategic vision, they offer highly operational improvements. This is... OPM Conseil.
